Is the price on the site the final price?
It’s a guide based on what you’ve picked. We confirm a fixed price before booking, usually after a few photos or a short call. Once we’ve agreed it, it doesn’t creep up on the day.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of people leave a key with a neighbour, a concierge or a key safe. We’ll sort the details together when we book.
Do you bring the products and kit?
Yes, everything we need. If you’d like us to use something specific, or avoid something because of kids, pets or allergies, just tell us.
Will an end of tenancy clean get my deposit back?
It’s the biggest single thing you can do. We work through a checklist built around what check-out inspections look at. We can’t speak for your landlord, but we can make sure cleaning isn’t the reason.
Can you clean marble and natural stone safely?
Yes. Marble and limestone are etched by acids like vinegar and most bathroom sprays, so we use pH-neutral products and soft cloths, and we polish fittings by hand.
What if something’s been missed?
Tell us as soon as you spot it, ideally with a photo, and we’ll come back and put it right.
